Winemaking Notes:
This wine is a blend of Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah juice that were bled immediately following the processing of each of these lots, so as to minimize the skin contact, resulting in a lighter colored Rose. The juice was placed in stainless steel vessels and moved into the cellar so as to undergo a cool and steady fermentation, enhancing the fruit and floral aromatics of the finished wine. Similar to the Zin Rose, this wine does not undergo Malolactic conversion. Following 4-5 months of aging, the wine is sterile filtered and bottled.
